Kruse Village offers four unique duplex cottage options, each suitable for couples or single adults:
The Texas
The newest and largest of our cottages, the Texas is 1,500 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a study with attached patio, a sitting area in the master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a two-car garage.
The Houston
At the generous size of 1,300 square feet, the Houston features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a separate study, and a one-car garage.
The San Antonio
Our popular San Antonio Cottage offers a roomy 1,155 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a separate study, and a one-car garage.
The Austin
While the Austin is one of the coziest cottages we offer, it still boasts a comfortable 984 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a one car-garage.
Best of all, each cottage offers unlimited access to all independent living features and amenities throughout Kruse Village’s senior community campus, along with a myriad of services designed to make living in a Kruse Village Cottage truly carefree:
